Positions Available

HVAC Residential Service Technician

If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and helping people, this role puts you in front and center. You’ll diagnose and repair a variety of heating and cooling systems, educate homeowners, and earn trust through your workmanship and communication.

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, heat pumps, ACs & ductless systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
  • Communicate findings and offer solutions that prioritize customer comfort
  • Maintain company standards for cleanliness, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Work independently while still being supported by our leadership team

What You Bring:

  • 1–3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
  • A 06A HVAC specialty license
  • EPA certification and basic industry knowledge
  • Ability to present repair options with confidence & clarity
  • A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Honesty, accountability, and a desire to grow

 

HVAC Installer – Residential & Light Commercial

Great installations are the foundation of great comfort. If you take pride in quality workmanship, clean lines, tight ducts, secure fittings, and system sized right, you’ll fit right in. From retrofit replacements to light-commercial jobs, you’ll bring comfort to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install high-efficiency HVAC systems and accessories
  • Replace ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps & AC units
  • Complete commissioning and system start-ups
  • Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and manufacturer standards
  • Provide excellent customer experience before, during & after installation

What You Bring:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and installation experience
  • Ability to work efficiently, safely, and as part of a team
  • Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Willingness to train apprentices & lead by example
  • Reliability and a customer-first mindset

 

Dispatcher / Customer Care Coordinator

You’re the friendly voice and organized mind that keeps our operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking, communication, and attention to detail and following a phone script, your role will be vital to our success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize productivity
  • Communicate with customers, providing updates and care with every call
  • Support follow-ups, maintenance reminders, and service billing details
  • Keep service records accurate and organized
  • Procure video and Google reviews with incentive pay
  • Maintain a positive team culture with clear communication

What You Bring:

  • Previous office coordination or dispatching preferred
  • Strong organizational and customer-service skills
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities with calm professionalism
  • A team-first attitude, because you help everyone succeed every day
