With 25 years of hands-on industry experience, he set out to build something the Green River Valley didn’t have yet: an HVAC company that put its neighbors first.
From those humble beginnings, Jay grew Absolute into a company trusted from Lakeland Hills to Lea Hill, without losing the personal touch that got him started. He stayed closely involved in hiring, training, and customer service as the business expanded across King and Pierce County.
As the founder and still the driving force behind the company, Jay’s commitment to honest work and community care continues to shape how every Auburn-based technician does the job.
